DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
Processing linked to the web services on this site takes place in the above-mentioned offices of ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A., Via Galvani 10 – 36066 Sandrigo (VI), and is the responsibility solely of the company’s technical staff, or those authorised to carry out periodic maintenance.
Data are processed on computerised archives at our company and their access is limited to the maintenance procedures in compliance with attachment B.
No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or made known to third parties.
The personal data provided by users sending in requests for informative material (e.g. newsletters, requests for information, catalogues, CD-ROMs, etc.) are only used for the purpose of completing the service requested and are only communicated to third parties if this is necessary for this purpose ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A.).
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
IDuring normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures necessary for the running of this website collect personal data (so-called log files) and their transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

What is a cookie? A cookie is a small text file that is memorised by the computer when a user visits a website. The text memorises information that the site is able to read on any subsequent visit. NON-OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
With the exception of what is detailed above for browsing data, the user can decide whether to provide the personal data requested in the forms to ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A. or however indicated when contacting the office for informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide said data may however make it impossible to fulfil the request.
For the sake of completeness, it must be remembered that in some cases (not related to ordinary management of this website) the Authority may request news and information in compliance with article 157 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, to ensure control over personal data processing. In these cases, an answer is mandatory and failure to comply may lead to administrative sanctions.
The personal data are processed with automated tools for the period of time strictly necessary for fulfilling the purposes for which they have been collected.

Data subjects have the right at any moment to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data and to be informed regarding their content and origin, to check their correctness or ask for the data to be integrated, updated or amended (article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003).
In compliance with the same article, data subjects have the right to request that any data processed in breach of the law be cancelled, transformed into anonymous format or blocked, as well as the right in any case and for legitimate reasons to refuse their processing.
